<p>Prosocial behavior is crucial for every human being, including university students, to improve their psychological well-being and academic success. This study aims to examine the influence of peer social support and emotional intelligence on college students' prosocial levels. This study employs a quantitative research design with a correlational approach. The population in this research are active bachelor's degree students in Surabaya, consisting of 100 students as samples. The sampling technique was determined using convenience sampling. The use of measuring instruments in this research includes three types, consists the Prosocialness Scale for Adults (PSA), Perceived Friend/ Peer Academic Support Scale, and Wong’s Emotional Intelligence Scale (WEIS). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, resulting in a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The results of this study indicate that peer social support and emotional intelligence have an influence on prosocial levels among college students in Surabaya.</p>Lathifah AinunnisaSiti Nur Asiyah

<p>Background: Islamic boarding schools are places that have a high risk of spreading infectious diseases. This can be caused because Islamic boarding schools have very dense housing and low cleanliness in the Islamic boarding school environment. Objective: To determine the relationship between individual characteristics, social support and religiosity with infectious disease prevention behavior at the Al-Kahfi Integrated Islamic Boarding School in 2022. Method: This research uses quantitative research methods with a cross-sectional study design , the number of respondents in this study was 116 respondents, and the sampling technique used in this research was simple random sampling. The data analysis carried out was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test and OR value. Results: It is known that of the total respondents, only 50% of respondents had good behavior. Of all the variables studied, only gender and knowledge variables did not have a significant relationship with infectious disease prevention behavior. In the attitude variable (p=0.015), religiosity (p=0.016), peer support (p=0.09), support from ustadz or uztadzah (p=0.016) have a significant relationship to infectious disease prevention behavior at the Al Al Integrated Islamic Boarding School -Kahfi. Conclusion: There are several research variables that have a significant relationship with infectious disease prevention behavior at the Al-Kahfi Integrated Islamic Boarding School, including attitude, religiosity, peer support, and support from ustadz or ustadzah. Suggestion: Managers at the Al-Kahfi Integrated Islamic Boarding School can maximize the facilities available in an effort to prevent infectious diseases, such as providing nutritious food for students, creating regular joint sports programs, creating award programs and carrying out punishments for students who violate agae motivating students to prevent infectious diseases in the Islamic boarding school environment.</p>Izza HananingtyasMuhammad Afif AmmarAmanda Adwiditia Shafitri

<p>Compassion fatigue is an emotional response characterized by a diminished capacity or interest in empathizing with others. This phenomenon often results from continuous exposure to traumatic narratives recounted by clients, leading to negative behavioral and emotional outcomes in counselors. Compassion fatigue can impair the ability to support others and hinder overall productivity. Counselors are particularly vulnerable to experiencing compassion fatigue. Given the increasing number of counselors, it is imperative to investigate the prevalence and characteristics of compassion fatigue. This study aims to delineate the features of compassion fatigue among 45 counselors at East & Central Java. The research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology. The Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL) was adapted for this study, encompassing three subscales that assess compassion fatigue, compassion satisfaction, and burnout. <p>It is evident that health workers, particularly nurses, are more susceptible to burnout. This study aims to determine the relationship between Grit and burnout and the function of extroverted personality types in nurses as moderators. The measuring instruments used in this study were the Burnout, Grit scale, and Eysenck personality questionnaire The sample of this study amounted to 130 respondents with a simple random sample collection technique. The respondent was an inpatient nurse at one of the teaching hospitals in Gresik with the criteria for a bachelor's and a diploma in nursing Ners. Quantitative analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis method for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted (sig<0.05) that there was a negative relationship between Grit and Job Burnout in nurses. The higher the grit of the individual, the lower the burnout. The results of the analysis also showed that the second hypothesis was rejected (sig>0.05). The extroverted personality type possessed by nurses does not moderate the relationship of grit with job burnout, but the extroverted personality type can be used as a predictor variable of the burnout experience.</p>Qomarullah Agustiya JannahSoffy Balgies

<p>Despite the diversity of results from scientific research on family resilience in households with disabled children, systematic mapping of these findings is still limited. Therefore, this article aims to thoroughly map the existing literature on this subject, elucidating previous research dynamics and laying the groundwork for future studies. Using a scoping review approach, we sourced literature from Google Scholar, focusing on publications from the past decade (2013-2023). We followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA) guidelines for literature selection, culminating in the review of 22 studies. The analysis focuses on three main themes: social support for families with disabled children, strategies and mechanisms for building resilience within these families, and various aspects of resilience in these contexts. Critical stakeholders in fostering family resilience include parents, partners, and family members serving as caregivers. <p>The beginning of adulthood is a phase where a person is searching for their identity, which is often accompanied by challenges, emotional stress, periods of social loneliness, as well as changes in values and adaptation of lifestyle. This condition is called the Quarter Life Crisis (QLC). The Quarter Life Crisis is the anxiety that arises due to the uncertainty about the future. If the QLC is not handled effectively, the emotional crisis has the potential to last for a long time. The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of psychoeducation and Self-Compassion Writing training. The method was carried out by providing psychoeducation in the form of presentations and lectures. The research design used pre-test and post-test. The research was conducted on 15 participants (IMM Supremasi Hukum cadres). The results of the pre-test showed that the participants had a fairly large difference in total score compared to the post-test, where the pre-test Mean result was 21.33 while the post-test Mean result was 78. <p>Seringkali masalah psikologis korban broken home terabaikan. Pada kenyataannya, kebahagiaan merupakan tujuan utama seseorang dan mencerminkan kesehatan mental mereka. Kemampuan pemaafan sering digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana kebahagiaan seseorang bisa muncul meskipun pernah disakiti oleh seseorang. Kecerdasan emosional juga turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap munculnya perasaan bahagia. Penelitian melibatkan 270 responden pada fase emerging adulthood (18-29 tahun) dengan kondisi keluarga broken home yang berdomisili di Surabaya. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan alat ukur AHS, TRIM, dan MSCEIT. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebahagiaan dipengaruhi oleh pemaafan dan kecerdasan emosional secara parsial. Nilai Ttest (2,582) dan signifikansi (0,010) antara pemaafan terhadap kebahagiaan, serta nilai Ttest (2,403) dan signifikansi (0,017) antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kebahagiaan. Secara bersamaan juga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan pemaafan dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kebahagiaan dengan Hasil Ftest sebesar (5,918) serta signifikansi (0,003). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa baik secara parsial maupun bersamaan pemaafan dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh pada kebahagiaan.</p>Kurnia Armachika MaylasariMoh. <p>Sebagai bagian dari upaya individu untuk mencapai keselarasan,sehingga dapat memenuhi tuntutan dari lingkungan, individu perlu mengembangkan penyesuaian diri. Penyesuaian diri juga merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa baru dalam menghadapi transisi pada berbagai bidang kehidupan, sehingga rentan mengalami stres yang tinggi, yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mentalnya. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari dukungan sosial dan tingkat kematangan emosi pada penyesuaian diri mahasiswa baru di UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya ini, dilaksanakan sebagai metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier berganda sebagai analisis data. Dari penelitian ini diketahui adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari dukungan sosial dan kematangan emosi terhadap penyesuaian diri pada mahasiswa baru secara parsial dan simultan. <p>Studi ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh media film animasi Islami terhadap kecerdasan spiritual pada siswa kelas V SD Pakis Jaya di Kota Surabaya, tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode eksperimental dengan desain quasi experimental design berupa time series design. Populasi penelitian ini mencakup seluruh peserta didik kelas V SD Pakis Jaya di Kota Surabaya pada tahun pelajaran yang disebutkan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-randomized sampling, melibatkan 19 peserta didik sebagai sampel penelitian. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t test untuk mengevaluasi perbedaan kecerdasan spiritual sebelum dan setelah penerapan media film animasi Islami. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari penggunaan media film animasi Islami terhadap peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual anak kelas V SD Pakis Jaya Kota Surabaya</p>M.
