This research examines the concept of dhikr relaxation used in dealing with anxiety for students of the 2020 class of the Sufism and Psychotherapy study program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Anxiety is a common problem that can be experienced by every individual, one of which is a student. One of the causes of a student experiencing anxiety is because of the final assignment. The study in this research contains the concept of dhikr relaxation which can be used in dealing with anxiety in students of the Class of 2020 Sufism and Psychotherapy study program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, the application and method of dhikr relaxation in dealing with anxiety in students of the Class of 2020 Sufism and Psychotherapy study program UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya and the results dhikr relaxation in dealing with anxiety in Class of 2020 students of the Sufism and Psychotherapy study program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation studies. This research resulted in the finding that dzikir relaxation can be used as a way to deal with anxiety in students, especially in final semester students who are currently working on their final assignments. By doing dzikir relaxation, you can create a feeling of calm and comfort. So that peace of mind will be felt by those who do dhikr relaxation. Therefore, dhikr relaxation can be used as an option to feel calm and stay away from anxiety disorders.

Fenomena Postpartum Depression dalam Al-Qur’an : Studi Tentang Pola Asuh

Postpartum depression is a continuation of the condition experienced by mothers after childbirth, commonly known as baby blues. Baby blues are common among postpartum mothers due to a sharp decline in hormones, leading to significant emotional or mood changes felt by the mother. It is mentioned in the Qur'an, in Surah Al-Baqarah verse 233, the command to pay more attention to mothers after childbirth, as this period is very fragile for a mother, considering the immense struggle and risk to her life during childbirth. The verse states, "And the duty of the father is to provide for the mothers with food and clothing in a fair manner," highlighting the father's responsibility to support the mother appropriately, as the child carries his name. Hence, this duty should be carried out justly. However, to this day, many parents do not fully understand the correct parenting methods as exemplified in the Qur'an, leading to imbalances in parenting practices, which are often solely burdened on the mother. This raises the question of how the Qur'an addresses the phenomenon of postpartum depression and what constitutes proper parenting to prevent mothers from experiencing postpartum depression. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and is library-based, exploring verses related to postpartum depression and parenting. It employs a thematic tafsir approach, interpreting Qur'anic verses according to the studied theme. The Qur'an provides insights into the emotional conditions and various negative emotions that a mother may experience postpartum. It also emphasizes the importance of giving love, attention, and support to maintain the mental health of mothers after childbirth. Verses explaining parenting in terms of education, faith, morality, and etiquette are conveyed through the figure of the father. This indicates that in the parenting process, the father is responsible for imparting knowledge to the child. In this parenting process, creating a balance between the roles of the father and the mother can prevent postpartum depression in the mother. Implementing fair parenting practices in accordance with Qur'anic values can play a significant role in reducing the risk of postpartum depression.

Relevansi Sufi Healing dengan Konsep Flourishing terhadap Perilaku Bunuh Diri

The global suicide mortality rate is increasing. The high rate of suicide necessitates the enhancement of interventions that integrate aspects of spirituality and psychological well-being, specifically the concepts of Sufi healing and flourishing explored in this study. The research problem encompasses two main points: 1) how is suicidal behavior viewed within the framework of flourishing in positive psychology and Sufi healing? and 2) what is the relevance of flourishing elements to Sufi healing in the context of suicide prevention? This study aims to explore the relevance of the concept of flourishing in positive psychology and Sufi healing in the context of suicide prevention. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth literature analysis. Data analysis was conducted by identifying key themes related to the research topic. The results show that 1) elements of flourishing such as meaning in life, optimism, and social connectedness play a significant role in preventing suicidal behavior. Furthermore, 2) Sufi healing practices integrated with flourishing elements can strengthen psychological and social factors as protective measures against suicide. This research provides significant theoretical and practical contributions in the field of mental health, particularly in the development of interventions based on spirituality and positive psychology for suicide prevention.

Infiltrasi gerakan salafisme ke dalam berbagai organisasi menjadi realitas yang terus mengemuka dibalik perkembangannya yang begitu pesat. Gerakan ini termasuk kategori gerakan transisional, di mana salafisme ini mengarusutamakan sebuah gerakan purifikasi agama yang berawal di Arab Saudi. Penelitian ini berupaya menganalisis penyebaran doktrin salafisme menurut tokoh masyarakat di Perumahan Istana Candi Mas Regency, di Desa Ngampelsari Kecamatan Candi Sidoarjo yang seringkali bersifat resisten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif - kualitatif dengan tujuan untuk menyimpan informasi yang kontradiktif mengenai subjek dari penelitian. Kajian teoritis yang digunakan yakni potret salafisme dengan analisa hermeneutika teori understanding Wilhelm Christian Ludwig Dilthey yang meliputi Erlebnis, Ausdruck, dan Verstehen. Disinyalir, bahwasannya metode dakwah kelompok salafisme di Indonesia cenderung menyalahkan amalan-amalan umat Islam yang berbeda dengan ideologi pemahamannya yang kemudian bisa menuai pro-kontra dan kontra di tengah masyarakat Islam.

The Sembayat community is known for its high level of religious knowledge, which is supported by the existence of various religious traditions so that it is one of the factors supporting the high level of religious knowledge possessed by this community. Tradition is a word that refers to customs or customs that have been passed down from generation to generation or regulations that are implemented by society. Tradition is a cultural heritage that plays an important role in shaping the identity of a community. This research aims to examine traditions and community solidarity in haul events in Sembayat village. Kenabian Maryam Perspektif Mufassir Andalusia

This research was conducted because there are differences of opinion among mufassir regarding the prophetic status of women, especially Maryam. Some commentators such as al-Alusi prefer to classify Maryam as a guardian of Allah SWT. However, Ibn Kathi>r and al-Razi are of the opinion that Maryam is considered a s}iddi>qah and not a prophet. However, Mufassir Andalusia has his own opinion on the issue of the prophethood of women, especially Maryam. The problem examined in this research is the interpretation of Andalusian mufassir regarding Maryam's prophetic verses and Maryam's prophetic status. The object of research is in surah al-Baqarah verse 253 and Maryam verse 19, which is supported by interpretations of other verses such as those in Surah Ali 'Imran verse 42. The aim of formulating this problem is to find the Andalusian interpreter's interpretation of the prophetic verse Maryam. This has implications for Maryam's prophetic status according to Andalusian commentators. The problem above is in the nature of library research, so this research uses descriptive analytical research methods. These two methods are used to explain the Andalusian mufassir's interpretation of surah al-Baqarah verse 253 and surah Maryam verse 19. The conclusion of this research is that according to the Andalusian mufassir they agree on Maryam's prophetic status because of Maryam's firm faith, the conception of Jesus, and the incident of Gabriel coming to Maryam is proof of Maryam's prophethood.

This research discusses the process of implementing the ideology of religious moderation carried out by interfaith community networks in the city of Surabaya. The application of the principles of religious moderation carried out by these communities is influenced by many factors ranging from the vision and mission of each community to movements carried out by important figures known as actants. Several actants from each community then networked with each other to harmonize the process of implementing religious moderation and the massive impact of their movement on the people of Surabaya City. The problems and discussions in this research are: 1) How is religious moderation implemented within the scope of community organizations in Surabaya? 2) How does the network of community organizations in Surabaya implement the values of religious moderation? This research uses a qualitative approach which requires in-depth understanding, theory development, and accurate data and information from the source. Data collection used in this research includes: observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis of this research provides an understanding that the implementation of religious moderation carried out by interfaith organizations in the city of Surabaya is moving in the construction of an inter-community network. Where each community is represented by one or more people as actors, liaisons, and even representatives of the organization itself.

Artikel ini mengkaji pandangan Islam mengenai menuduh seseorang kafir dalam perspektif hadis. Tuduhan kafir merupakan isu sensitif yang memiliki implikasi serius dalam hubungan sosial dan keagamaan. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap berbagai hadis dari kitab-kitab sahih seperti Sunan at-Tirmdzi Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, dan Sunan Abu Dawud, artikel ini mengeksplorasi definisi kafir, kondisi-kondisi yang sah untuk menuduh seseorang sebagai kafir, serta konsekuensi dari tuduhan yang salah. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa menuduh kafir harus dilakukan dengan sangat hati-hati dan hanya dalam kondisi yang jelas dan pasti, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam hadis-hadis sahih. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya memahami konteks dan makna yang tepat dari tuduhan kafir untuk menghindari fitnah dan kerusakan sosial. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai pandangan hadis ini, diharapkan umat Islam dapat lebih bijak dan berhati-hati dalam menuduh seseorang sebagai kafir, sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada perdamaian dan keharmonisan sosial dalam komunitas Muslim.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi cara pandang dikotomis antara laki-laki dan perempuan dengan stigma kepada perempuan seperti perempuan hanya boleh berkiprah di wilayah domestik dan berada dalam posisi inferior. Persoalan ini kian menarik dibahas dan salah satu penceramah terkenal dari Indonesia yakni Khalid Basalamah, khususnya dalam segmen video “70 Kekeliruan Wanita”. Dalam penelitian ini akan menyoroti pandangan Khalid Basalamah dalam video tersebut di kanal YouTube-nya terkait eksistensi perempuan. Dari latar belakang tersebut,penulis menggunakan perspektif feminisme dalam Qiroah Mubadalah yang memiliki sudut pandang moderat dan menghasilkan rumusan masalah bagaimana pandangan Khalid Basalamah tentang eksistensi perempuan dalam videonya “70 Kekeliruan Wanita”, dan kemudian akan ditinjau menggunakan perspektif Qiraah Mubadalah yang menjadi tuujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif berbasis library research. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, Basalamah dalam segmen video “70 Kekeliruan Wanita” memiliki corak pandangan yang patriarkis dengan pandangan bahwa perempuan berada pada posisi inferior dan subordinat. Hal ini dalam perspektif Qiraah Mubadalah kurang tepat, karena pada dasarnya posisi semua manusia dimata Tuhan itu sama, dan yang membedakannya hanyalah ketakwaan.

This research has a high urgency in studying the development of technology and social media which have made it easier for preachers to spread religious messages, such as morals, aqidah and monotheism. One topic that is often raised is the importance of creating peace in society. The aim of this research is to understand the meaning of peaceful Islam according to Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus through her YouTube channel. This research is a type of digital research using a content analysis approach. Data sources come from documentation, online data, as well as observations on YouTube and Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus' website, which were then researched using several theories from various writers or experts about Islam and peace and also the values of peace in Islam. The research results show the importance of respecting differences of opinion, having an attitude of tolerance, doing good deeds, and treating fellow humans with respect regardless of degree. The most important thing is to maintain piety to Allah SWT. This is in line with Islamic teachings which emphasize that peace must start from within first, through understanding and practicing monotheism. By cultivating a spirit of peace and piety, individuals will find it easier to face challenges and try to find the best solutions, thus encouraging the creation of harmonization in society..

Implementation of Prayer and Dzikir to Increase Psychological Well-Being in New Students of Al-Jihad Islamic Boarding School Surabaya Carol Ryff's Perspective

This research aims to examine the implementation of prayer and dhikr and their influence on increasing psychological well-being in new students at the Al-Jihad Islamic Boarding School in Surabaya from Carol Ryff's perspective. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation which was then analyzed thematically. The research results show that the consistent practice of prayer and dhikr can have a positive impact on the Psychological Well-Being components according to Carol Ryff's model, which include self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, mastery of the environment, life goals, and personal growth. Students who regularly perform prayer and dhikr report an increase in their ability to manage emotions, develop better social relationships, and have clearer life goals. The implications of this research show the importance of integrating spiritual practices such as prayer and dhikr in mental welfare programs in educational institutions, especially in Islamic boarding schools. This can be an effective strategy to improve the psychological well-being of new students who are adapting to a new and challenging educational environment.

Fenomena Buzzer Politik di Indonesia Perspektif Hadis (Kajian Ma’anil Hadis Riwayat Imam Abu Dawud No. 4917)

Political buzzers have become a phenomenon in the last few years in Indonesia, especially when general elections occur, whether it is the election of the president and his deputy or the election of regional heads. Political observers are interested in using buzzer services, but many spread disgrace/slander against their opponents, this is not in accordance with the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud No. 4917. This article will explain buzzers, their quality, authenticity and meaning of hadith, as well as the implementation of hadith on the phenomenon of political buzzers in Indonesia. To be able to explain the issues above, researchers used qualitative research methods in the form of literature which took data from books, textbooks, theses, articles, etc. related to this research. To be able to get information about buzzers, it is necessary to observe via social media which is often used by buzzers. The results of this research show that the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud No. 4917 is a hadith of authentic quality and can be used as evidence. And this hadith means that the prejudice that causes sin is the prejudice that is expressed. Spying is permissible as long as it is used to save someone. And the implementation of this hadith shows that there are still many buzzers who spread disgrace/slander from their opponents, but there are still buzzers who continue to promote their chosen leader candidates without spreading disgrace.

This research presents a summary of the analysis of al-Misbah's interpretation and al-Wa'ie's interpretation of the meaning of caliph as contained in Surah al-Baqarah verse 30. Caliph is included in several words that give rise to controversy. In Muslim circles, this sentence has a strong atmosphere because it is related to the caliphate system which is steeped in Islam. In Indonesia, the word caliph is very attached, especially when entering regional head elections, including the Indonesian presidential election some time ago. Caliph itself has several meanings, in terms of meaning caliph means one party replaces another. There are meanings of caliph for God's creatures, including caliph for jinn, for angels, for mankind, and for God on earth. This research involves analysis of two contemporary commentators who are well known in Indonesia, namely M. Quraish Shihab with his tafsir al-misbah and Rokhmat S. Labib who has a tafsir book entitled al-Wa'ie. Both have different thought backgrounds, so this research has several different points of view. The findings from this research reveal that the term caliph in QS. al-Baqarah verse 30 according to M. Quraish Shihab and Rokhmat S. Labib has the same meaning, namely the replacement of old humans with new humans. However, the connotation in meaning according to Rokhmat S. Labib is more directed towards a leadership called a caliph in the caliphate system as is the understanding of leadership in the Hisbut Tahrir organization. Meanwhile, Quraish Shihab focuses more on the duties of humans created on earth.

Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua: data primer berupa buku Islam Agama untuk Manusia karya Ahmad Nur Fanani, diterbitkan oleh Mizan pada 2020, dan data sekunder berupa literatur pendukung tentang Islam dan humanisme. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, melibatkan penjelasan sistematis terhadap konsep Islam dan humanisme dalam buku tersebut, serta analisis komprehensif terhadap konsep-konsep dasar yang menjadi fokus kajian. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa buku ini menekankan relevansi Islam dalam kehidupan modern dengan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme, keadilan sosial, dan progresivisme, serta pentingnya ruang publik inklusif dan netralitas negara untuk melindungi hak-hak minoritas.
