Tindak tutur representatif dan direktif dalam lirik lagu Idgitaf “Lepaskan” dan “Takut’ (Kajian pragmatik)

Abstract

Communication events that occur in society can be used as a medium to express ideas, thoughts, intentions, realities, representations in expressing advice or words that are positive or negative. The relationship between musical elements and song lyric elements is one from of communication event in the milllenial are in mass media. Songs are delivered by individual communicatorsthrough mass madia to the conveyed to the public. The song contains lyrical content as a language of human expression created through a creative process so that it is full of certains meanings. Pragmatis is the science that studies meaning in language. This qualitative research aims to describe the meaning contained in Idgitaf song using a pragmatic approach, especially using Searle’s speech act theory. Idgitaf’s songs have themes about the purpose of life, realities in the world, and emotional feelings in humans. Based on research 1or assertive speech acts and 9 directive speech acts were found. Representative speech acts include 14. From the research conduted 5 quotes stated, 6 more quotes fell int the complaining category, 1 quote claimed, and 2 quotes suggested. Several directive utterances were found, namely, 3 asking quotes, 4 advising quotes, 2 pleading sentences.
