About the Journal

The Built Environment, Science & Technology – International Conference (BESTICON) is the international conference hosted by the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), The State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya, which is recognized State Islamic University in Indonesia. The theme of the 3rd BEST ICON in 2026 is “Accelerating Smart and Green Innovations: Interdisciplinary Approaches in Science and Engineering for Sustainable Ecosystems”, a topic that is aimed at providing the researchers, academicians, educators, scholars, practitioners, experts, and professionals from all over the world a scientific forum of discussions to exchange ideas and to meet and share the latest knowledge, research and innovations the research results in the fields of built environment, science and technology. With respect to the hard work of the committee, we would like to express our deep appreciation and gratitude to all the committee members, the Advisory Board, the Scientific committee members, the international committee members and all of the National and International Reviewers that have made this conference a success. The success of this conference would not have been possible without the strong support of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), whose commitment and contributions have been instrumental throughout the entire process.
